Fashion 1990s

 The crazy 90’s it is an unusual mix of styles, which have been most influenced by pop culture, i.e. TV series, music videos, movies and colorful magazines. In those days, boys bands, girls bands, hip-hop, grunge, stars of series or films and supermodels (Cindy Crawford, Kate Moss, Naomi Campbell) reigned, and they were a trendsetters. The vocalists of the band ,,Spice Girls" promoted the fashion for short tops and hoodies, glowing leggings, sticky dresses and clothes in animal print. The singer of the Nirvana band propagated grunge style, i. e. flannel shirts, wide sweaters, torn jeans. Fashion in the 1990's was inspired by the characters of productions such as ,,Beverly Hills 90210",who popularized fashion of " mom jeans" and ,,Friends", where the character ,,Rachel" became a style icon, and her hairstyles is worn by girls from all over the world today.

In the 90's, jeans dominated the world! Jeans were everywhere, people worn denim pants, denim shirts and denim jackets, but the most fashionable in those days were classic jeans, holey jeans and "mom jeans". Next trends in these years were short skirts, leather jackets, sport clothes, chokers and brown lipstick!
