I think that the Lydia’s husband should be arrested. In my opinion he is responsible for his wife’s death. He gone out of the house and didn’t help her. The man let her die.
It’s a fact that the woman’s behaviour wasn’t normally. She caused that their relationship was „suffocating”. Her husband felt exhausted in their marriage. But he couldn’t leave her alone. He should help her and go with her on the therapy. He should end this relationship differently, not that way.
Nothing explains that she decided to commit suicide, but nothing justifines a man who let her kill herself.
